Her expertise was obvious, of course, but her thoroughness and careful explanations of every part of the process were greatly appreciated. Since I was making my purchase from outside Arizona it was essential that my realtor take the lead, and she did. We were in Tucson for the first time, for a meeting, and, fell in love with the city and the Sonoran Desert. Tea was so in touch with our needs and showed us several properties in different areas of rural Tucson. We bought a house that next weekend from Tea. We are from Wisconsin, therefore, Tea was a wonderful liaison between us and the sellers. She went out of her way and made everything so easy. For example, we were visiting some friends in Albuquerque, and, on the spur of the moment, decided to ride our motorcycles to our newly purchased home in Tucson. We hadn't planned on doing that, therefore, had not brought the house key with us. We called Tea; she met us in Tucson after we arrived from Albuquerque and gave us a key. She even bought us lunch! We have been true friends every since and meet for dinner a couple times a year. We only call Tea if we have friends who are interested in buying in the Tucson area.
